Prior to coaching helps you to get the most out of our time together. Below are some questions you can reflect on prior to each session:
What is the goal for each session? What would you like to leave each session with?
What do you need to get the best out of it the session today?
Who are the key stakeholders that will impact the work we will do together?
What are your biggest challenges linked to reaching your goal?
What are your greatest strengths, what are you great at?

Most clients like to conduct coaching sessions when working from home and schedule 5 minutes prior to our session take some deep breathes (this activates the parasympathetic system and get in the right head space).
